Wheat flour Dosa
wheat flour -2 cups
water -3 or more cups
Paste of 1/2 green chillies,salt and sugar (as per taste)
oil - 1 or 2 spoons
few curry leaves
red chilli pieces-1/2
Heat oil, add mustard seeds in a vessel. When mustard sputters add few curry leaves and red chilli pieces. Add water and paste of green chilli to it. Switch off the flame. Add wheat flour to it and churn the batter well. Make dosas out of it.
Serve hot Dosas with dry or wet chutney or sambar
Note: Similarly Ragi (Nachni) and Maida flour Dosa also can be made, but for Maida Dosa add half cup of curd, churn well. (Note: if u use hand to mix all the ingredients, take more time ) Add grated coconut and coriander leaves,mix it well. Onion is option for all types of Dosas.
