Recipe Description: 

sweet and sour with little spicy.best with rice and sambara as a pickle.can be eaten with roti and chapati.

Serves: 
3-4
Ingredients: 

tomato big sized -4

onion big sized- 1

green chilly - 2

turmeric powder 1/2 tsp,mustard seed 1/4 tsp, curry leaves ,jeera 1tsp.

coriander leaves,garlic+ ginger paste - 2 tsp, methi seeds- 10.red chilly powder 2 tsp.
oil, salt.

Instructions: 

finely chop (cut) the onion, tomato,coriander leaves,green chilly and keep aside.

fry mehti seeds and make it as powder.

take a pan put oil put heat it put jeera + mustard seeds+ curryleaves+chopped green chilly fry it then put chopped onion fry it then add ginger garlic paste+ chopped tomato fry it for 2-3 minutes in low flame.put salt turmeric powder and red chilly powder. mix it well and fry.put methi seeds powder.garnish with chopped coriander leaves.serve hot with chapati,roti and rice.
