Serves:

Ingredients: 

1-11/2 cup Maida
2-11/2 tbs Baking Powder
3-1/2 cup melted Ghee
4-1/2 cup dates(optional)
5-1 cup Sugar
6-1/2 cup Milk Powder
7-11/2 cup cold drink
8-1/2 tbs Metha Soda
9-Vanilla Essance

Instructions: 

Mix all the Ingredients together in one bowl,and stir it till it become light and fluffy.
greased cake tin with ghee and dust maida.bake at 180 c till done.
