Taakla (or Methi leaves Pakoda or Idli

Ingredients: 

Fresh green Taakla (Taaikilo)/(or Methi) leaves finely chopped - 1 or 2 bunch
Rice - 1 cup
Toor dal - 1 cup
Red chilli - 10 to 15 ( as per taste)
Tamrind paste - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1 small spoon
Asafotida - half (as per taste)
Coriender seeds - 1 and half teaspoon
Cumin seeds - half spoon (obtion)
Salt - as per taste
Curry leaves and Mustard seeds for seasoning.

Instructions: 

soak the dal overnight.
Wash and drain the rice.Grind it coarsely.
Grind red chillies, tamrind paste. Add the dal and other ingredients. Grind finely.
Add the rice rava, stir well all together.
For seasoning heat oil in a small pan. Add mustard seeds,when it sputters add few curry leaves and little asafotida.Batter is ready to make Pakoda Or Dosa.
Make small ball out of batter, press gently and keep in the plate. Ready to fry deeply.
