As compared to potato,sweet potato is a more nutritive ingredient that can be used in Sabudana khichdi,sambar,sukke,or with any (kad dhanya) pulses curry or upkari or bhaji.It being rich in complex carbohydrates,dietary fibre,beta carotene- a Vit A equivalent,and a good source of Vit C & B6.Further as it is a food that can be used in Upvas at festivals,it is all the more useful.
