surmai rava fry

mouth watering tasty. can be eaten with rice and curry.

Ingredients:
surmai(eshvana) fish 1/2kg
ginger+garlic paste - 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp, chilly powder 1 tsp.
salt , lemon juice little
rava 50 grams
oil 100 gram
Instructions:
clean the fish with water.add salt+ginger garlic paste+turmeric powder+chilly powder+lemon juice mix it well. keep aside for 30 minutes.after that put rava on a surface of a fish keep aside.
take pan keep it on a medium flame.put little oil on a pan and put the fish on a pan fry it with putting oil intermittently both sides of fish pieces. for 10- 15 minutes.
