Recipe Description: 

It is a main dish to be eaten with rotis and rice.

Serves: 
4-5
Ingredients: 

Paneer - 500g
Tomato - 200g
Hing - 1pinch
Jeera - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 tablespoon
Ambchur - 2 tablespoon
Fresh Cream - 4 big tablespoon
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tablespoon
Coriander Powder - 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala - 1 tablespoon
Desi Ghee - 100g
Onion - 6
Fresh coriander - TO Garnish

Instructions: 

First grind onion.
Then after that grind tomato.
Then take a fry pan and add desi ghee and add hing and jeera in it and cook it for some time.
Then add onion i it and fry it till it becomes light brown and after that suddenly add tomato in it.
Then add turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, salt and at last add 2 cup of water in it.
Then after that put the pieces of paneer in it and cook it for 5 minutes.
Then switch off the stove.
Then take out it in a serving bowl and add ambchur and garam masala in it and also add cream in it and then stir it nicely.
At last garnish it with fre4sh coriander leaves.
And reheat it for 5 minutes in microwave oven before serving.
