First and second attempt

I finally made this today - but got lazy and used a microwave instead of a pressure cooker. They tasted amazing! Way better than store bought rasgullas.

The rasgullas were placed very close together in the microwave, and they broke and stuck to each other make one big flat rasgulla. I cut the giant rasgulla into smaller pieces with a knife, so apart from being an unconventional shape, they looked fine:)

I tried again a second time, this time with a pressure cooker, and it worked perfectly! Also, I used milk to make the syrup instead of water to make rasmalai as an experiment and it worked great.

Highly recommended recipe -- very easy to make; tastes incredible.
