Bikano Punjabi Papad - 4
Carrot - 1 medium size
Cucumber - 1 medium size
Onion - 1 medium size
Tomato - 1 mediumm size
Black Pepper Powder - Half Baby Spoon
Salt - To taste
Lemon juice- 2 tsp
1) First chop the cucumber, carrot, tomato and onion.
2) Secondly add the black pepper powder, salt and the lemon juice in the chopped material and put all the things in the bowl and put that bowl in the refrigerator for 4 to 7 minutes.
3) On the chapatti tawa put the papads and keep them till they are light brown.
4) On the papad put all the material and garnish it and serve.
