Nutritious and very quick to make.Green in colour and a different type of tambli. variations can also be made by using cauliflower leaves, tendli leaves or navalcol leaves etc instead of palak.
1.palak 1 bunch (15-20 leaves)boiled in water.
2.1/2 grated coconut.
3.2-3 green chopped chillies.
5.hing powder 1/4 tsp
6.tamarind as required
7. salt as per taste
8.1/2 tsp ghee
1.In a pan put ghee and fry jeera,green chilly and add hing
2.grind grated coconut, boiled palak(or variations), and the above tadka(ghee,jeera,green chilly,hing),tamarind and salt together,make a fine paste
3.add water in the paste and tambli is ready.(water may be added as required)
4.serve with rice
