Healthy snack,fast to cook & good to eat.
2.chocolate essence - 1/2-1 tsp
3.milk cream - 3-4 tbsp
5.vark(silver foil) for decoration - 1/2 a sheet
6.nachni peeth (flour)-1 wati(medium size)
7.Soyabean flour - 2 tsp
1.In a pan add the ghee-4-5 tbsp,when it liquefies add nachni peeth & 2 tsp soyabean flour & roast it.Add milk cream & stir well to mix.
2.In another pan add the jaggery & a little ghee-1 tsp (optional).Stir to make a light syrup of the jaggery & add chocolate essence.Mix remove from the fire.
3.Take a flat dish coat it with ghee-1 tsp.Mix the flour base with the syrup prepared,pour this into the dish.Spread it.You can take a plastic paper coat it with a little ghee & turn it on the mixture & spread the mixture evenly.You will not feel the heat of the prep & also not soil your hands.You may even lightly roll a rolling pin over the plastic.
4.Now decorate it with the kaju pieces or halves & place the wark along with the paper,press it lightly to coat the prep.Now cut it into diamond or shapes of your choice.
