Recipe Description: 

It is a main dish to be eaten with chapattis.

Serves:

Ingredients: 

Green Moong Dal - 200g
Mooth - 50g
Desi Ghee - 50g
Green Chilli - 6
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Garlic ginger paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - Half tsp
Black Pepper Powder - Half tsp
Garam Masala - Half tsp
Salt - To taste
Jeera - Half tsp
Fresh Coriander - To garnish

Instructions: 

Wash moongi and moot properly and keep moongi in fresh water for 30 min and moot in fresh water for 60 min.
Put both the things in a pressure cooker and then put salt, green chilli, ginger garlic paste and half tablespoon of desi ghee in the pressure cooker and cook it till it thaws.
Then take a fry pan and put ghee and then put the chopped onion in it and fry it till it is light brown and then add tomato in it and also add turmeric powder, jeera, black pepper and garam masala in it.
After that put all the fry pan material in the pressure cooker and mix it nicely.
Then take it in the bowl and garnish it.
