It is a very good pickle to be eaten with chapati.
Tata Salt(White Nmak)-1kg
Black Pepper Powder-100g
Black Salt Powder-100g
Take the lemons and wash them and then keep them to make them dry.Then give four cuts in every lemons without doing anything to the base.Mix all the masalas together and then fill that masala in every lemon where you have given cuts.Then in a transparent jar put all the lemans according to their size. Then cover the transparent jar with a cloth and keep in a warm place.
1)This pickle will be ready in 1 month.
1)Itf you are making black pepper powder at home it will give your pickle more good taste.
