Kolambi che Human
Rich Succulant Prrawn curry made in the Karwari style.
Prawns(shelled & deveined)- 500gms
Kairi(Raw Mango)- 2nos
mustard seeds - 25gms
oil - 100ml
Curry Leaves - 1 sprg
Turmeric powder - 25gms
Red Chilli Powder - 25gms
Coconut(Grated) - 1 no.
Salt - To Taste
1) In a Kadhai heat the oil than add the tempering of mustard seeds & curry leaves.
2) To this oil add the chopped onions till they are transluscent.
3) Now add the Kairi and Prawns alongwith a little water.
4) Grind the grated coconut to a fine paste.
5) After the Kairi is cooked add the paste to the mixture.
6) Add salt to taste and serve hot with Boiled Rice,
