Ingredients: 

Capsicum - 5 to 7
Green chilli or red chilli powder - as per taste
Sesame (white Teel) - 1 table spoon
Urad dal - 1 teaspoon
Chana dal - 1 teaspoon
Fanugreek (Methi) seeds - half teaspoon
Asafoetida - half teaspoon
Mustard seeds - quarter teaspoon
Curry leaves - 8 to10
Tamrin or lemon - as per taste
Turmaric powder - half spoon
salt - according to taste
Oil - 10r 2 table spoon (as per choice)

Instructions: 

Chop capsicum into small pieces
Chop green chillies into fine pieces ( or red chilli powder)
Heat oil in a pan for seasoning. Add mustard seeds.when mustard sputters add curry leaves ,green chilli pieces, little asafoetoda. Add capsicum pieces.Cover a lid on the pan to cook in sim flame.
Heat a small pan and rost sesame till it sputters , take out in a plate
Heat oil in the pan to fry urad dal and chana dal till become brownish.
Add fanugreek(methi) rost for half a minute. Add asafoetida, stir nicely for 4to 6 seconds and switch off the flame.
Grind these all ingredients and make into fine paste.
Add in cooked capsicum.Boil the mixture for 4-5 minutes.
Serve hot with chapati.
