Dalia

Recipe Description: 

This Recepie is light for digestion

Serves: 
2-3
Ingredients: 

1-Dalia (1 katori)
2-2 1/2 Katori water
3-2-3 green Chillies (finelly chopped)
4-1 Carrot (finelly chopped)
5-1 Onion (finelly Chopped)
6-1 tbsp oil
7-1/2 tbs rai
8-salt(as per teast)
9- 1/2 tbs haldi
10-Dry coconut/corriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions: 

In the cooker add oil then add haldi and dalia stir for a minuit,then add 21/2 cups of water and salt,then cover it and give 1-2 whistle.after a min open the cooker let it cool for a min.In another fry pan add oil then add rai, green chillies, onion stir for a min then add the dalia in the fry pan, stir it for 2 min. serve it hot and garnish it with coconut or corriander leaces
