cooking with very little or no oil
This is especially useful for those who need to avoid oil consumption or limit it to the minimum.Even a tadka/phodni or sauteing can be done with little or no oil by lowering the gas to sim & dry roasting the required ingredients viz cummin seeds,mustard seeds,curry leaves etc.Additionally placing a very small teaspoon in the oil can can limit the use of oil,as also avoiding pouring oil.
