1-1/2 kg wheat Atta
4-350 gm sugar(powder)
5-1tbs elachie powder
6-mix dryfruits cut in small size(optional)
Mix wheat and sujie together in bowl and add 100gm hot ghee then make a dough (little hard).Then make a small rools and prepare chappatie and cooked on tawa from both side.
When Roti is cool make small pieces and grinder them in the mixer(make a fine powder).Then in that fine powder add remaining ghee,sugar powder and dry fruits .mix it well.now make small laddoo.
Its ready to serve.
Store them in air tight containers at room temperature.
