It is sweet and yummy chocolate cake.
-1 tin 395g NESTLE Condensed Milk
-100g Butter, melted
-2 teaspoons or 10g vanilla essence
-2 Eggs + 1 Egg Yolk
-1 cup or 100g cocoa powder
-1 tsp or 15g baking powder
-1 tsp or 5g baking soda
-1/4 tsp salt
-1 tsp yogurt
FOR THE ICING:-
-2 tsp or 30g butter. softened
-4 tsp or 24g cocoa powder
-3/4 tsp or 110g icing sugar
-1-2 tablespoons boiling water
1. Combine the NESTLE Condensed Milk, melted butter, water and vanilla essence, eggs, egg yolk and yogurt in a large bowl.Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.Stir the dry ingredients into the condensed milk mixture until just combined.
2. Pour the mixture into a lined 23cm spring form cake tin.Bake in preheated 175 degree oven for 45 minutes or until a cake skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes then remove from tin and cool completely.Ice top when cold.
3. To prepare Icing:-
Place butter in a bowl.Add the sifted cocoa and icing sugar and sufficient boiling water to mix to a smooth but firm consistency.
-To make the icing softer, put in a microwave for 10 seconds to soften the butter.
