Channa Palak

Ingredients: 

1-1cup white channa
2-1cup spinach leaves
3-1onion
4-2tsp ginger-green chilli paste
5-1tsp channa masala powder
6-1tsp garam masala powder
7-salt/oil

Instructions: 

1-Soak white channa in water overnight.
2-On second day in the pressercooker boil till soft.
3-Heat pan and add 2tsp oil.
4-When heated add chopped onions.(fry till pink color)
5-Add ginger-chilli paste and fry futher,add 1/2 cup curd and continue frying till the masala cook well.
6-Now add garam masala and spinach.mix well.
7-Add boiled Channa and simmer the gravy .add salt to taste.
8-Once the gravy is done sprinkle coriander leaves
9-In seprate pan heat ghee add garam masala and pour over gravy.
10-Serve hot
