Beans Pitle

Ingredients: 

Fresh tender beans - 200 to 250 grams
Toor dal - half cup
Curry leaves - Fistfull(or more)and for seasoning 8 to 10 leaves.
Red chillies - 3 to 5
Urad dal - 1 table spoon
Papper - 12 to 15 seeds
Mustard seeds - half spoon
Turmeric powder - half spoon
Tamrind pulp or ready made paste - 1 Spoon (as per taste)
Asafoetida - half teaspoon
salt - 1 spoon (as per taste)
Oil - 1 or one and half table spoon.

Instructions: 

Cut the beans into 1-1 inch pieces.
Cook Toor dal with beans pieces, termaric powder in the pressure cooker (Or U can rost the beans pieces separately in a pan with a little oil).
Rost red chillies with a little oil in a pan and keep in a plate.
Fry urad dal in the pan with oil till it turns golden brown. Add papper stir half a minute. Keep this mixture in the plate.
Rost Fistfull curry leaves till it becomes crispy.
Grind this masala with tamrind ,and water to make paste.
Add the paste in cooked dal, boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
For seasoning heat oil in a pan. After sputtering mustard seeds in it add 8 to 10 curry leaves and Asafoetida and mix in dal.
Serve hot for meals.
