baangdo fish rava fry (mackerel)

Recipe Description: 

mouth watering tasty,good with rice and curry.

Serves: 
2-3
Ingredients: 

baangdo fish (mackerel) -- 1/2 kg

rava 100 gram

sun flower oil 100 gram

ginger+ garlic paste 2 tea spoon.

salt, lemon 1/2, chiili powder 3 tea spoon, turmeric powder 1 tea spoon.

Instructions: 

1)clean the fish and make cut mark on the fish surface.

2) put salt+turmeric powder+chilly powder+ginger garlic paste to the fish and mix well.

3) put lemon juice

4) keep 15 to 20 minutes

5) put oil on a pan heat it.

6) rub rava to the fishes and put it on pan fry for 10 to 15 minutes while fry put oil both side oy fish for proper baking.

7)garnish the fryed fishes with onion,lemon,mint,coriander leaves serve hot.
