Atta De Ladoo
It is a sweet dish to be eaten with tea.
Desi Ghee - 1 kg
Flour - 750g (Wheat Flour)
Sugar - 700g
Almonds Powder - 200g
Take a fry pan and put desi ghee in it and then put flour in it and fry it till it becomes light brown.
Then turn off the stove.
And when the material becomes naram garam then add sugar and almod powder to it and mix it nicely.
Suddenly after adding that make small small round balls and after that balls become cold store them in a box and eat it with tea.
1)If you want you can also put dry fruits and dry fruits in it.
