Aloo Prantha
It is a good recipe for the breakfast.
Aloo - 4 Big
Onion - 2 Small (Chopped)
Green Onion Sticks - 2 tsp Chopped
Lemon Grass - Half tsp Chopped
Ginger - Chopped 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 2 To 3 (Chopped)
Green Tomato - 1 Chopped
Coriander - 2 tsp Chopped
Dry Coriander - Half tsp
Roasted Shahi Jeera - Half tsp
Chaat Masala - Half baby spoon
Black Pepper Powder - Half tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 3 Pinch
Garam Masala - 3 Pinch
Salt - To Taste
1) FIRST BOIL THE POTATOES IN A PRESSURE COOKER OR IN A MICROWAVE OVEN.
2) AFTER BOILING PEEL THE POTATOES AND LET IT COOL FOR SOMETIME.
3) THEN AFTER IT COOLS ADD ALL THE ABOVE LISTED MASALAS AND MIX THEM WITH THE POTATOES.
4) MAKE ROUND BALLS OF THE FLOUR(which we are using to make chappatis) AND FILL THE MIXTURE IN THAT AND THEN COOK LIKE CHAPPATIS.
5) SERVE WITH TEA, CURD, PICKLE, AMUL MAKKHAN AND CHUTTNEY.
TIP:-
When you are making the dough of the mixture keep in mind that it should be tight as the chappatis dough is tight.
